Dynamic resource levelling in projects under uncertainty

Summary: In this paper, the uncertain resource levelling problem (RLP) is extended to consider multiple uncertainties, and a hybrid open-closed-loop approximate dynamic programming algorithm (HOC-ADP) is developed to solve it. Computational experiments demonstrate that the HOC-ADP outperforms existing meta-heuristics in terms of resource levelling performance.
