Summary: The study investigates the effects of NO addition on the low-temperature oxidation of DME and DMM, revealing an inhibiting effect of NO on DME reactivity at low temperatures and a promoting effect at high temperatures. For DMM, a temperature-dependent effect of NO is observed only at high concentrations. NO addition suppresses hydrocarbon intermediates while promoting the formation of specific products for both DME and DMM.
