Clinicopathologic and Longitudinal Imaging Features of Lung Cancer Associated With Cystic Airspaces: A Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis

Dexter P. Mendoza et al.

Summary: This study systematically reviewed the imaging features of lung cancer associated with cystic airspaces, identifying adenocarcinoma as the most common histologic finding and EGFR and KRAS as the most common driver mutations. Cysts in these cases typically have nonuniform and thick walls, with potential for evolution over time.
