We assembled the near-complete mitochondrial genome ofColochela zhongiWei, 2016 with next-generation sequencing (NGS). The total genome size ofC.zhongiwas 15,095 bp with 80.6% A + T content, containing 13 protein-coding genes (PCGs), 22tRNAgenes, and tworRNAgenes. ThreetRNAgenes rearrangements were found compared to the ancestral organization. Phylogenetic analysis results based on heterogeneity models of 46 Symphytan and two Apocritan strongly supported thatC.zhongiwas closely related toSiobla xizangensis.
