Abusive supervision and subordinates' physical and mental health: the effects of job satisfaction and power distance orientation

Summary: This study developed and tested a moderated mediation model of the effects of abusive supervision on subordinates' work and health-related outcomes. The results showed that subordinates' power distance orientation moderates the relationship between abusive supervision and job satisfaction.
