Performance Evaluation of Mechanical Properties of Nanofiller Reinforced Jute-Kevlar Hybrid Composite

Summary: This study focuses on the influence of nanofiller content and layer sequence of bidirectional woven fabrics on the physical and mechanical properties of Jute-Kevlar-Fumed silica epoxy-based hybrid composite. The results show that the mechanical properties of the composites are significantly affected by the layer sequence and filler content, with the Jute-Kevlar-Jute-Kevlar (JKJK) sequence and 1.5% filler content demonstrating superior properties compared to other composites.
