Summary: This study systematically evaluated the self-care behaviors of individuals with spinal cord injury (SCI). The findings showed that SCI patients engage in self-directed or directed-by-other behaviors related to their physical condition, social life, and emotional well-being. They are aware of their condition and incorporate self-care behaviors into their routine to maintain health and prevent complications.
