SAPO-18/34 zeolite intergrowths are synthesized in dual-template method with TEAOH and TEA as co-templates. The physical and chemical properties of the zeolite intergrowths are characterized by using XRD, ICP-AES, N-2 adsorption-desorption, SEM, TEM and FT-IR. Moreover, the catalytic performances of the zeolite intergrowths in the conversion of syngas to olefins (STO) are studied by combining with ZnCrOx oxide to construct bi-functional catalysts.
