Herein, we have introduced a facile chemical method for preparation of highly stable perovskite materials in large-scale for commercial purpose. A series of perovskite powders such as, MAPbI(3), MAPbBr(3), FAPbI(3), FAPbBr(3), CsPbI3 and CsPbBr3 were synthesized and studied the structural, optical, morphological properties. For the first time, temperature dependent phase transition of the perovskites investigated using EPR measurement from 298 K to 110 K. The powders form of the perovskite showed high stability in air at room temperature than the film forms due to its good crystal quality. This simple solution processing approach for production of large-scale perovskite powder open a new way for diverse applications of perovskite materials in future.
