Impact of Endoscopic Vacuum Therapy with Low Negative Pressure for Esophageal Perforations and Postoperative Anastomotic Esophageal Leaks

Summary: This study examines the experience of using low negative pressure EVT for the treatment of esophageal anastomotic leaks and esophageal perforations over the past 5 years. The results show that 83.3% of patients achieved successful clinical outcomes after endoscopic treatment.
