Nitrogen-doped hierarchically porous carbon spheres for low concentration CO2 capture

Yang Li et al.

Summary: Spherical carbon beads with effective CO2 capture capability were synthesized via co-pyrolyzation of poly(vinylidene chloride) and melamine, resulting in nitrogen-doped hierarchically porous carbon spheres. These carbon spheres exhibited outstanding CO2 capture performance due to their enriched nitrogen functionalities and special hierarchical porous structure.
