Summary: This study aimed to investigate the metabolic effects of HIIT exercise on PCOS patients and its impact on adiponectin, vaspin and leptin levels. The results showed that HIIT increased adiponectin levels and led to weight loss and reduced cholesterol levels in PCOS patients.
