Essential oil composition of Alseodaphne perakensis (Gamble) Kosterm from Malaysia

Summary: The chemical composition of the essential oil extracted from the leaves of Alseodaphne perakensis growing in Perak, Malaysia was investigated for the first time. The oil was found to contain a total of 37 components, with bicyclogermacrene, delta-cadinene, gamma-cadinene, and aromadendrene being the major constituents.
