Evolutionary derivation of Runge-Kutta pairs for addressing inhomogeneous linear problems

Summary: Two new Runge-Kutta pairs of orders 6(4) and 7(5) have been introduced for numerically solving inhomogeneous linear initial value problems with constant coefficients. These pairs use fewer stages per step compared to conventional pairs of orders 5(4) and achieve better results due to a smaller set of order conditions.
