Treatment using cannabidiol in a horse with mechanical allodynia

Summary: A 4-year-old Quarter Horse mare presented with marked sensitivity near the withers/shoulder region for 5 weeks. Despite receiving multiple treatments with no improvement, the clinical signs resolved within 2 days after receiving pure crystalline cannabidiol orally.
