La2/3-xLi3x square 1/3-2xTiO3 featuring high ionic conductivity have the potential as electrolyte to optimize in all solid-state electrochromic devices (ECDs). We construct Li0.43La0.457Sr0.1TiO3 (LLSTO) ceramic target. Then, LLSTO thin films are prepared by radio frequency (RF) magnetron sputtering, and annealing at various temperature to improve ionic conductivity. According to several characterization results, it is indicated that the LLSTO thin films annealing at 300 degrees C exhibit the best ionic conductivity of 4.6 x 10(-5) S/cm at room temperature and the great transmittance of 78.7% compared with that of other temperatures. This study makes it a general strategy for developing high-ionic-conductivity electrolyte in all solid-state ECDs.
