We reported a facile two-step method for preparing a polymer-based CH3NH3PbI3 perovskite composite nanofiber film. The diameter of the PAN/CH3NH3PbI3 nanofibers was in the 500 nm range. The UV-vis absorption spectrum of the film demonstrated good light-harvesting capabilities over the visible to near-IR range. The maximum emission peak in the PL spectrum of the solid nanofiber film was at 783 nm. The obtained nanofiber film, as the light-absorbing layer, showed great potential for application in perovskite solar cells devices.
