The Ag-K alpha and Ag-K beta fluorescence lines induced by Rh X-ray tube have been observed. The Ag K beta/K alpha intensity ratios for pure Ag and for Ag-Cu alloys have been obtained. The results have been compared with multi-configuration Dirac-Hartree-Fock predictions and available experimental values. Strong dependence between measured K beta(1,3)/K alpha(1,2) and K beta(1,2,3)/K alpha(1,2) ratios and the composition of Ag-Cu alloy has been found out. For both ratios the same tendency is visible: decrease of the K beta/K alpha intensity ratios with increasing of Ag content.
