[F-18]FMTEB, [F-18]FPEB, [F-18]flumazenil, [F-18]DAA1106, [F-18]MFBG, [F-18]FDOPA, [F-18]FMT and [F-18]FDA are prepared from the corresponding arylboronic esters and [F-18]KF/K-222 in the presence of Cu(OTf)(2)py(4). The method was successfully applied using three radiosynthetic platforms, and up to 26 GBq of non-carrier added starting activity of F-18-fluoride.
