This paper presents the determination of the configurations of twisted laminates made by 4D printing of composites (4DPC) method. Flat stacks of composite prepregs are laid onto a flat mold. Upon curing and cooling to room temperature, the flat stack becomes curved and twisted. The configurations of the twisted laminate are determined using both calculated method (FEM) and experimental measurement. Reasonable agreement is obtained.
