The micro-pyramid structure exhibits outstanding antireflection, but this structure only focuses on the field of monocrystalline silicon. Here, the novel TiO2 pyramids were fabricated by soft imprinting. Then, the polyaniline nanoparticles were loaded on the surface of TiO2 pyramids to form biomimetic compound eyes with P/N heterojunction. The composite coatings could reduce the reflection of incident light and enhance separation efficiency of photoinduced charges, which were applied to the photocatalytic degradation of organism dye.
