Mixed coordination mechanisms for scheduling games on hierarchical machines

Qianqian Chen et al.

Summary: This paper studies scheduling games under mixed coordination mechanisms on hierarchical machines, proving the existence of a Nash equilibrium and calculating the price of anarchy and the price of stability for games with social costs of minimizing the makespan and maximizing the minimum machine load. All bounds provided in this paper are tight.
