Resective-reconstructive treatment of abnormally invasive placenta: Inter Institutional Collaboration by telemedicine (eHealth)

Summary: The study reported on the effectiveness of conservative surgical management in the treatment of abnormally invasive placenta through interinstitutional collaboration facilitated by telemedicine. Results showed a lower rate of bleeding, reduced transfusions and complications, and a shorter hospitalization duration when this type of treatment was implemented at specialized centers by trained professionals.
