The Francophone Society of Bone Morrow Transplantation and Cellular Therapy (SFGM-TC) organizes annual workshops in the attempt to harmonize clinical practices among different francophone transplantation centers. Here, we report our recommendations regarding the prophylaxis of cytomegolovirus (CMV), herpes simplex virus (HSV), varicella zoster virus (VZV) and hepatitis B virus infection after allogeneic hematopoietic cell transplantation in adult patients.
