Sb2Te3 and Sb2Te3-Graphene (RGO) nanocomposite have been synthesized using the hydrothermal method, and their electrical and thermal properties have been investigated. A similar to 29% enhancement in the figure of merit is observed for Sb2Te3 nanosheets after incorporation of graphene which is attributed to the increase in the carrier mobility and decrease in the lattice thermal conductivity of the nanocomposite due to the presence of the RGO. Kelvin probe force microscopy study revealed a reduction in the interface barrier of the nanocomposite resulting in the enhancement in the conductivity.
