The aim of this study is to develop general models based on Abraham solvation parameters and Hansen solubility parameters for the prediction of paracetamol solubility in cosolvency systems at different temperatures. The trained versions of the Jouyban-Acree model, its combined form with the Abraham solvation parameters and the Hansen solubility parameters provide reasonable estimation of the solubility behavior of paracetamol in various solvent mixtures including aqueous and non-aqueous mixtures and can be helpful in the pharmaceutical industry.
