We show in this paper that r(d)omega(theta) belongs to L infinity (0; infinity; L-2 (R-3)) boolean AND L-2(0, infinity; H-1 (R-3)) for any 3/2 < d <= 3. This improves previous a priori estimate significantly. (C) 2019 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.
