Increased fluid intake and adequate dietary modification may be enough for the successful treatment of uric acid stone

Uric acid stones are the most readily dissolvable of all types of urinary stones. The present paper describes two patients with uric acid stones in kidney and ureter, whom we have treated successfully only by a combination of increased fluid intake and adequate dietary modification.
