Knowledge of two-loop QCD) amplitudes for processes q (q) over bar' -> V1V2 -> (l(1)(l) over bar (1)')(l(2)(l) over bar (2)') is important for improving the theoretical description of four-lepton production' in hadron collisions. In this paper we compute these helicity amplitudes for all intmllediate vector bosons, V1V2 = gamma*gamma*, W+W-, ZZ, W(+/-)Z, W-+/-gamma*, including off-shell effects and decays to leptons.
