Selective laser sintering (SLS) an additive manufacturing technique, which is progressively implemented to produce fully functional end use products from computer aided design data. However, one of the key challenges in the adoption of this process by industry is to choose the correct working parameters for attaining the desired shape, size and strength of different products. This study deals with dynamic mechanical testing of laser sintered polyamide samples, using dynamic mechanical analyzer. Experiments were planed and carried out using response surface methodology (RSM). Experiments were performed with duraform polyamide material using SLS machine. The effect of selected parameters on different performance measures has been analyzed.
