A new class of porous organic materials, tetrazine-based organic frameworks (TzFs), was successfully synthesized and characterized. These materials show narrow micropore size distributions and controllable pore volume affected by different reaction conditions. Also, the tetrazine backbone enhanced the H-2 capability of these materials.
