Ships in a city harbour: An economic valuation of atmospheric emissions

This paper examines the emissions from ships at berth in the Port of Bergen in Norway. As well as estimating the quantity of emissions, we look at estimates of the external costs of pollution and derive a cost for the pollutants emitted by the ships at berth in Bergen.
