The synthesis of new hydrosoluble PEG-based ligand derived from di-(2-pyridyl)methylamine has been developed. The catalytic performance of this ligand is demonstrated in Suzuki-Miyaura reactions between aryl chlorides and arylboronic acids and using water as solvent. (C) 2008 Elsevier Ltd.
