Eighteen sorbicillonoids, including three new sorbicillin trimers, trisorbicillinones B (2), C (3), and D (4), were isolated from a deep ocean sediment derived fungus, Phialocephala sp. FL30r. Their structures were determined by IR. MS, CD, and NMR spectral data. The cytotoxic activities of the new trisorbicillinones B (2), C (3), and D (4) were tested against both P388 and K562 cell lines. (C) 2010 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.
