In this research, an attempt has been made to modify the microsized B2O3 powder into nanosized B2O3 powder using ball mill. The sample was taken out after various hours of milling and it was characterized for the crystallite size. The crystallite size was > 100, 30, and 19 nm in 0, 1, and 5 h of milling time, respectively. The experimental results showed that the size of the nanostructure of particles for the total duration of 5 h was in the range of 24-95 nm. The shape of the 5 h milled particles was round and the surface morphology is rough.
