Self-association, partition, and acid dissociation constants of monoacidic organophosphorus extractants were compiled. Also gathered were formation constants of hydrogen bonded associates of the extractants with electron donors or acceptors. The constants were critically assessed in view of the quality of source data and the relevance of the data evaluation. Constants obtained in the original work by graphical or simple numerical evaluation were newly estimated by a computer reevaluation of the published data. Sources of errors in the acquirement of experimental data and their evaluation are discussed. Acid dissociation constants are shown to be well correlated with Kabachnik substituent constants. Partition coefficients are rather satisfactorily correlated with solvatochromic parameters, even if the quality of the correlation may be not be high enough for the prediction of yet unknown values. An analogous correlation of dimerization constants is less convincing.
