Job Insecurity, Employability and Financial Threat during COVID-19

Summary: COVID-19 has disrupted social and economic life, leading to widespread job loss, job insecurity, and financial threat. This study examined the relationship between employability, job insecurity, and financial threat during the pandemic. The results showed that financial self-efficacy was associated with greater employability and less job insecurity and financial threat.
