In this paper, we prepared nitrile rubber (NBR) and polypyrrole (PPy) as conductive fillers of electrical conductive composites to improve their electrical resistivity and mechanical properties and application by single-step of in situ polymerization. Further, we discussed the optimization condition, nano-dispersibility, and physical characteristic such as thermal-stability, electrical resistivity, mechanical and morphology of vulcanized PPy/NBR conducting composites. The composites showed that PPy-particles uniformly dispersed in the NBR matrix. Optimum volume resistivity is 2x107-square, and the tensile stress changes from 3.93N/mm2 to 67.35N/mm2. We expect that efficiencies of NBR/PPy composites can be applied to develop conducting printing rollers.
