In the present work. vibration analysis of multilayered graphene sheets embedded in polymer matrix has been carried out employing nonlocal continuum mechanics. Governing equations have been derived using the principle of virtual work. It has been shown that nonlocal effect is quite significant and needs to be included in the continuum model of graphene sheet. (C) 2009 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
