Magnetization and initial permeability measurements were done on the Heusler alloys Ni2-xCoxMnGa (0 < x < 2). On the basis of the results, the magnetic-phase diagram was determined for Ni2-xCoxMnGa (0 < x < 2). The Curie temperature T-C increases with increasing the Co concentration x. The martensitic transition temperature decreases abruptly with increasing x. The magnetic moment per formula unit at 5 K makes a broad maximum around x=1.0. The concentration dependence of the magnetic moment for Ni2-xCoxMnGa (0 < x < 2) has been calculated using the Korringa-Kohn-Rostoker method. The computational results of the magnetic moment are in good agreement with the experimental results in this study.
