We apply the concept of photoemission time delay to the process of single-photon one-electron ionization of the H-2 molecule. We demonstrate that, by resolving the photoelectron detection in time on the attosecond scale, one can extract differential photoionization cross sections for particular field and molecule orientations from the measurement on a randomly oriented molecule DOI: 10.1103/PhysRevA.86.063422
