Precise numerical calculation of transition intervals between metastable states in the antiprotonic helium atom is performed. Theoretical consideration includes a complete account of the relativistic and radiative corrections of order R-infinity alpha(4) in the nonrecoil limit. The final uncertainty is estimated to be about 1-2 MHz.
