Vinylphosphine-borane complexes are efficiently synthesized by palladium-catalyzed CP cross-coupling of vinyl tosylates with diphenylphosphine-borane. Both activated and unactivated vinyl tosylates are successfully used. The vinylphosphine derivatives are purified by chromatography on silica gel.
