The five-coordinate osmium complex OsH-(SH)(CO)((PPr3)-Pr-i)(2), containing an electrophilic center bonded to the soft hydrogen sulfide ligand, promotes dehydrogenation of amine-boranes and captures the amino-borane products, forming hydrogenaminothioborate complexes.
