This paper considers the resonant nonlinear Schrodinger's equation with dual-power law nonlinearity. The G'/G-expansion method is applied to integrate this equation. The soliton solutions are thus obtained. Both constant coefficients as well as time-dependent coefficients are considered. The results for parabolic law nonlinearity fall out as a special case.
