A new species of Entoloma, E. wednae, collected in fragments of the Atlantic Rain Forest in the State of Pernambuco, Northeast Brazil, is described and compared with similar taxa, as well as other ten species of the genus recorded in the state. Drawings and a key for the species of Entoloma occurring in Pernambuco are provided.
