Dichomitus sinuolatus is described as new species from southern China. It is characterized by its annual, resupinate basidiocarps, angular to sinuous pores with cream to buff pore surface, arboriform branched skeleto-binding hyphae, cylindric basidiospores (8.4-9 x 3.5-4 mu m) and presence of dendrohyphidia. Illustrated description is given, and a key to the world wide species of the genus is provided.
