In this paper, the synchronization for time-delayed complex networks with adaptive coupling weights is studied. A pinning strategy and a local adaptive scheme to determine coupling weights and feedback gains are proposed. It is noted that our control strategies only rely on some local information other than the global information of the whole network. Finally, the developed techniques are applied to two complex networks which are respectively synchronized to an unstable equilibrium point and a chaotic attractor.
