Phylloporus colligatus from Guyana is described for the first time. The species occurs in forests dominated by Dicymbe trees. The taxon is unique for Phylloporus due to its rare to infrequent clamp connections at the basal septa of basidia and on hymenophoral trama hyphae, and hyaline fusoid hymenial cystidia.
