The complete mitochondrial genome was sequenced in two individuals of Sakhalin taimen Parahucho perryi. The genome sizes were 16,652bp and 16,653bp in the two isolates. Gene arrangement, base composition, and size of the two sequenced haplotypes are very similar to the P. perryi genome previously published (KC897653), but do not contain two frame-disrupting indels in the ND4 gene.
